Who can enroll in the Retail Skills Training Programme?
Anyone interested in building a career in the retail or FMCG industry can enrol. This includes school leavers, unemployed youth, entry-level retail staff, supervisors, store managers, entrepreneurs, and individuals looking to upskill or change careers.
Do I need prior retail experience to enroll?
No prior retail experience is required. Our courses are designed to cater for both beginners and experienced retail professionals who want to improve their skills or advance their careers.

Are the courses accredited?
All course programmes are accredited by QCTO(Quality Council for Trade & Occupations). They are the regulatory body for course accreditations across all 21 SETA’s in SA. All skills-based and industry-aligned programmes are accredited by the Wholesale & Retail Seta.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Learners who successfully complete their course will receive a certificate of completion. They will then need to take the external assessment exam to get the qualification certificate, which will be issued by QCTO.
Is there any work experience included?
All courses include practical assignments and workplace exposure. While job placement is not guaranteed, the training equips learners with job-ready skills valued by retailers and FMCG employers.
What are the entry requirements?
